Participation Terms

These terms outline the conditions under which students participate in Threadline Atelier London workshops. By confirming a booking, you agree to these guidelines.

1. Eligibility

Workshops are open to adults aged 18 and above. Younger participants may attend with written consent from a parent or guardian. We welcome learners of all experience levels.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of your request and subsequent payment instructions from our team. Fees are stated in British pounds and include use of shared equipment and workspace. Materials such as fabric and trimmings may be supplied at additional cost.

3. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least five working days before your scheduled session. Late cancellations may be subject to partial fee retention to cover preparation costs. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, giving reasonable notice.

4. Conduct and Safety

Students are expected to maintain respectful and safe working behaviour. Sharp tools, irons and steam equipment must be used carefully and only under supervision. The studio environment is collaborative and inclusive — discrimination or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

Teaching materials, diagrams and written guides remain the property of Threadline Atelier London and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You may, however, keep your personal project patterns and notes.

6. Liability

Threadline Atelier London takes all reasonable care to provide a safe environment but accepts no responsibility for personal loss or damage to belongings brought into the studio. Participants are advised to handle equipment responsibly.
